'I still can't bear to watch him on TV': Family of Strictly star Dr Ranj Singh's pharmacist ex-wife reveal their heartbreak after he dumped her and came out as gay

Dr Ranj Singh, 39, (right) was married to Sulvinder Samra (left) for five years before he came out as gay. The Strictly star said ending his marriage to pharmacist Sulvinder was the 'lowest moment of his life'. Dr Ranj, from ITV's This Morning, married Sulvinder, 40, in a Sikh ceremony in Nottingham in 2005, but divorced in 2011. Now her father Jemera, 68, has revealed the family's pain over his decision and says watching him on Strictly (centre) brought back all the heartache.
