Car accident

one of my friend purchased a brand new MAZDA CX5 a month back when he was returning back home from tahnks giving he met wiht a accidnt and airbags deployed 

 what options does he has

will the manufactureer warranty be covered

 he owes 20k on that car 

it has less than 5k miles

ma vadidi tappu  snow lo skid ayyindi  so he hit the railings when taking exit 

he got 150$ ticket as he damaged public property
