Independent ela gelustru unless independent is very very strong and impactful, it very unlikely that there are 10 such candidates ignored by both major parties...also mla constituency is  big enough unlike panchayat or corporation elections to have so much hold..290 constituencies unna AP lane hardly 2-3 ndipendents undaru.
