Quinoa works better than brown rice. Ma mom diabetic and she was at max level of insulin with no control. Quinoa 2 months roju tinindi ( they eat chapathi for dinner ) and now she has control which she didn't have in years. Mi father ni quinoa try cheyamanandi. Tomato rice, pulav's, upma , biryani evanni quinoa to tastes awesome.

Yeah ante ma mom oka 2 months ala tinnaru and night chapathi to get blood sugar in control . Now she is back to white rice with portion control .But yes nenu vinnanu quinoa daily manchidi kadu ani.
