i would suggest them to rent out something first; rents are still cheaper in Hyd; 15-20k/month ki manchi 3 bhk flat dorukutadi miyapur atu side; once they settle down they can start looking out for buying a house.

this is a good idea.. job ekkada vastado telvadu.. enni rojulu untaro telvadu.. so its better to rent an apartment while searching for a new one..

rents are not as expensive as the U.S when compared to EMI's..
