except for congress and media rumors and speculations Harish had never shown any kind of ambition or greed or  displeasure with a person or a situation in open so far over not been given importance  in the party. he is a trusted lieutenant, I don't see him crossing the line until KCR is alive. Even after KCR If he ever parts away it will  be  reasons other than the ambition of becoming a CM or own some party...in one word he is not as ambitious as CBN to stage a coup..

Exactly KCR is giving highest importance to harish rao, andaru KCR meeda kullu tho harish ni ala antaru kani , KCR and Harish rao has very good wavelength

edupukottola ashalu nirugaripotai harish open heartedly welcomes ktr as cm and he knows this very much in advance. He himself said he is nothing without TRS and KCR so i dont think he will revolt and will be happy working under KTR if at all he become CM.

by lineage KTR man....it is an unwritten rule of indian regional  politcs.. if KTR is mature enough should offer harish to take over. The problem with KTR is he is too sophisticated for Indian Politics and people on the street can't relate to him easily, either he has to change or aam admi need to catch up to him

Shiv Sena had the same situation but KTR is 100 times better than Udhav, if Udhav can lead I am sure KTR will grow  more matured
