yes.. with cigarettes.. you know that they are harmful.. whereas the other stuff is very deceptive.. you think they do no harm & over indulge and it ends up worse than actual smoking..

How do you use 0.3 mg? I only use juul pods and they say its 5%

i switched to JUUL recently .. starter kit konna for 50 bucks .. 

pros i could find are : 

i donot get cravings for cigarattes . cold weather lo jacket eskoni balcony lo nilchovalsostunde 

wfh chesetappudu handy gundi . 

Cons : 

handy gundi kabatti addictive undi ..

If anyone using this ..pods cheap ga akkada kontunnaru .. and ae flavours are good
