naadi april lo i94 expiring and also relocating to onother state so amedmnt + xtension file chesta annaru as i94 expiry is less than 6 months .. kani e madya andarki regular lo ne chestunnaru even for xtensions to nebraska maa dantlo 

qn entante , as my current i94 expiring in april should i move to new state in april  even though if amendment is still in progress or can work here till amendment + xtension gets approved . 

i want to make a move after my xtension is approved coz kotha place kellaka deny avthae malli pedda lolli kada

File now, when @USCIS opens premium processing on Feb 19th, you can upgrade and test your luck. After approval by end of Feb you can move to new client. But if i'm not wrong you are just changing client and not employer. Even if this gets denied you still have time to react since your current petition is valid till Apr.

I-94 expire aithe how can you stay in US without having a pending petition? Risk undi but how can you and me avoid? There is no escape. At some point all of us has to face the situation.

Yea, but you can upgrade to premium in Feb. Otherwise it will hang up in air.

Technically you have two petitions? One for renewal from current employer and another one from new job? Or your FT is ending and they won't file renewal?
