bros, oka question related to h1b filing. let say manaki job lo unapudu h1 file chesina taruvata, if we loose the job? will the employer withdraw the petition (or) can we search for new job and the update our petition before we get approval?

It depends on your employer.Mi employer aey withdraw chesukunta ante kashtam but mana desi employers ala general ga undaru.  Processing time  padutundi kabatti you can search for new job and file a new petition before you get decision or Update kuda cheyachu . Check with your lawyer as things are complicated now than before .  Good luck !
