Same argument can be made against Revanth too. Why call for bandh and protests on day of KCR meeting ? Why is he scared of KCR meeting. Did KCR called for bandh on Revanth or  Rahul or CBN meeting days ? Lets see what more details about this incident surfaces , For now I don't find any fault with this arrest. Dora did many stupid things for which he needs much criticism , But I would personally support this for tat for such behavior. 

It is the election commission which ordered police to take care of peace . Elections time lo bandh enti vayya.
