I distinctly remember when the Telangana movement was at its peak - MIM was completely against a separate Telangana. In fact Akbaruddin said "If you are from Andhra or Rayalseema write MIM on your doors and walls - and our party members will protect you".

KCR gave a fantastic reply to this -and he said this in his distinctive style "MIM anedi Patha Basthi lo undey oka Musti party". 

 

I agree with KCR - MIM is just that -- a feckless, useless party who will never cross double digits. KCR is clever in shoring up MIM's support- because  MIM is very capable of instigating riots -so it is in the best interests of the ruling government to be in MIM's good books.

MIM is relevant only if neither of the 2 mainstream political formations do not get a clear cut majority.
