why CBN only developed IT not roads in Hyderabad

1. The first railway proposals for India were made in Madras in 1832 on the advice of CBN, the Visionary CM of India.

Yeah the 6-way lane between Vijayawada and Hyderabad was built by own money of CBN between 2009-2014 when there was no CM for AP.

Thats the greatness of CBN. When in power he will use public money.When not in power he will use his own money for public projects like this project.
