it's a personal choice and priorities man. DB lo or bayata adigithe everyone will tell their own version but do you believe in someone else vision? If you think it makes sense and right thing to do then why bother? IMO, i don't like to buy a house for various reasons but do I stand on my words? I don't know. Things can change in couple years, who knows.
