H1 Stamping Experts Opinion Needed!

Hello Guys,

 

I am planning for H1b Stamping in India EVC model. End client is not giving letter, has anyone got their visa stamped without client letter recently? 
I will be carrying SOW and some awards presented by client. I have been working with this client for 5 years.

I would say it depends on luck, based on the officer you get to face. if you are at least 5+ years working experience very less chance you get asked all these documents.  you are saying you have SOW + some awards + Pay slips etc.. i think you will be just fine, even you are asked for client letter. All the best.

End client letter is not mandatory in all cases. it is case by case and I never showed end client letter in any of the visa interview but as long as you have that in writing that they won't give letter you can show that as place holder. Don't assume by default you will be asked. Prepare avvadam better but not in your hands.

Been on H1b since 2011 first stamping done in Jamaica, this will be second time

 Thanks man, it is too bad that our career depends on an officers mood. Hopefully everthing will be smooth!

It is brother's wedding so it is important for me to go, mari risky aithe lite tessukovali. Need to know if anyone went to stamping without client letter and when visa officer asked for it, how they handled it and whether they got it approved.

Anyone who has went for h1 stamping in india without client letter and when asked for it how did you handle?

Client letter ivvanapudu inka em letter adugutam? I know ppl ask for an email in writing that they won't issue a letter. I am not sure how far the Visa officer will accept email printouts.

2 years back. same case. i cancelled appt in india went to mexico. everything went smooth
