How to negotiate dowry?

Inlaws telling they will give 25c and mansions in NYC, Washington and London. They are also giving 1000 acre lands in AP and TG.

I want to negotiate with them, how to proceed? Please help fellow battapotta uncle.

My requirements 100c. Mansions in USA, Australia, UK, Spain, Germany. 5000 acre lands in AP, TG, Karnataka and TN
