Yes, here is the worst situation. When there is no water, farmers and local workers will revolt on Govt (Paki). so to avoid the situation, Paki govt will bring the wild card "War" against India.

u r wrong bro. China vadiki kavalsinde adi. to weaken India both money, power & influence wise no matter what the cost is. 

check the String of Pearls theory. once India is weaken, China will slowly occupy surrounding countries in the name of Helping their economy. Once china achieves that, you can forget Indian Ocean.
