Then try emirates ek210 from ewr. This has technical stop in Athens. You can stretch and relax for a bit.

Update booked tickets in Air India. Looking at departure times of flights from EWR, seemed liked a good option. Hopefully Emirates next time:)

True. British airways ithe konchem racism antaru. Not sure about Others. Emirates ithe maku no bad exp with kid. Don’t worry about the half and half versus one long flight .. I don’t think it makes much difference since we don’t know when they will cry or be cranky.

I travelled in BA many times. I haven't experienced it ever.  However i feel Etihad /Emirates/Qatar are good airlines for traveling to India. Kids aspect lo i don't know though.

Koncham suggestion kavali. Planning to travel to Hyderabad after few months. Thing is flying with a toddler for the first time, little less than 2 years of age.

I am thinking of Emirates or Air India. Any thoughts on which air lines may be better in terms of flying with a toddler?

You can take Miles Card for a year for free and travel... you can cancel it if your score is good and willing to lose 50-100 pts.

if you have a will there will be a way

Citi platinum aa advantage card is the best. $100 annual fee untundi after initial offer of 1 year free. 50k pts currently bonus... sometimes they give 60-75K pts on sale.

For travel you get additional pts on travel and purchases.

60-70k tho you can get Business class upgrade depending on when you travel
