dasari Posted May 18, 2019 Report Posted May 18, 2019 i have tried some POC ... with JTAPI before this i tried other options like Microsoft LYNC API...etc what i tried is capture the phone number in the program when phone is ringing..but later company got some software (oracle product ) for this..
