Call IDs telusa a calls ki?

You can grep on the call Ids for those calls that you interested about.

What kind of events are you Talking about?

SIP events on SBC, mostly call incoming call related

i have tried some POC ... with JTAPI  

before this i tried other options like Microsoft LYNC  API...etc

what i tried is capture the phone number in the program when phone is ringing..but later company got some software (oracle product ) for this..

Nortel used to do long time ago ani gurthu .. what exactly you want ... best way is to setup a call and track each event and each important protocol in layman terms
