Long term: Crawl —> Walk—> Run

Short term: At the same time, keep the BAU intact and competitive with the peers, no wonder it may look expensive at the beginning. Electricity management was done like that only.

Welfare schemes antava, prajalaku ruchi dorikindhi, if there are no schemes, no votes, so no power. Nothing can be done without power.

I agree its not an ideal model, but better when we compare with other options we have and more importantly when we  think about what’s pragmatic in reality.

4.5 years was too little time to expect wonders and a perfect wrong time to anticipate power shift. Take Kaleswaram project as an example, look at the humongous work that has been done and crux of remaning work to be done, imagine some new power-hungry administration comes now and scraps any of the design or halts it completely. Likewise many such initiatives, imagine if they go south.
