These are legislature issues. These issues should be sorted with in the frame works of legislature anthe kani prati okka vishayam supreme court ki povadam is not a good development...

legislature, executive and judiciary....ie three divisions lo legislature and Executive work hand in a glove but judiciary should only monitor and exercise its authority only when needed, not every time a petition is filed. 

Karnataka issue should have gone to PM office or President, if you are not happy with Governor decision, President office is where one need to reach out to, not Supreme Court's door step.

What if executive is partial towards one party?

Governor appointed by BJP, president appointed by BJP, do you think they will go against their parent party?

Executive is partial towards one party endi, executive is always partial towards ruling party....hand on glove ani chepina kada...That's how the system is designed to function....lekapothey ruling and opposition ki difference vundadu kada ? then that means the concept of entire majority politics is senseless...
