khammam la communist ideology chala ekkuva, secondly caste equations kuda ekkuvane and thirdly SC/ST lu kuda ekkuva who has a natural allegiance to congress from so many decades. TRS is slowly seeping through and increasing it's vote share, as I said they slightly fell short this time and if not for the alliance they would have swept khammam
