thats what i am trying to understand...i see lot of big companies like varun motors and construction companies also posting these kind of adds...we are missing something here uncle...do you know some thing about adverse possession act?

Those companies just doing as precautionary too..adverse possession act looks like what I always used to heard., that is if you hold someone property and pay taxes and electricity bills on your name, you can claims that property after 12 years as your own, no matter even the original owner comes with original documents after 12 years. You need to have something the property, just empty land will not work I think.
