your wife needs to do some mandatory 3-6 months courses first and then she is eligible to do.

I always think anduke i torture my parents to come here every year. I ask them to stay with me as much as possible. I visit frequently and go for visa stamping every  year  even after amendment just to be available always for them . of course I admit i made blunder of my life coming to US. Hard to go back now.
