I moved other way from DEV to QA , bad time . But QA is good now bro. AWS testing

I know a person who moved from QA to big data 4 years back. He didn't care about pay rate , did certifications and started with a low paying contract and now earning 150$ per hr . He did that transition having two kids, home mortgage and family responsibilities .
