@AmritaAny possibilities for freshers to get into big data in your opinion?

Rocket ekki antarisksham loki vellatledu kada dude...kashtapadite evaraina edaina cheyachu. The person should not have giving up attitude and should do hard-work at least in first few months IMO.

We had a girl dev who joined recently with very poor skills. Soon it was found that she switched from QA to dev with just 3 weeks of practice. She got laid off in a couple of months but not before she left a load of garbage in our app that we have to live with now - we cannot use it, we cannot trash it, just live with it.

Dev is not easy - it needs a lot of reading, coding, going through plenty of code examples and learning techniques from others’ experience. It takes  years before we can call ourselves a seasoned dev. I’m not discouraging you - if you have the aptitude for dev, go for it.

I guess rates for BAs are higher than QAs. But a BA needs people skills and communication skills to succeed. If you do not have them or if you are reserved nature, QA is a better route

my billing rate is 150$ bruh , though i dont get that much from tek systems  but client is paying that

so for a GC/citizen guy  150$ is easy if they are jai-balayya technologies
