Net neutrality ante...its not like offering free ani emi ledu..

but it helps customers to access high speed internet ana maata...

Tier levels undavu.....and u can access any websites, documents, and post any content uwish...without restriction of ur Internet provider...

for example: Comcast some times makes the pipe smaller when user is downloading too much data...so ala they cannot do it now ani...if they agree for net neutrality...

yeah....it is the concept for peer-peer type of connections....vatiki baga advantage...

if I am using a 12Mbps network and my frend is using a 5 Mbps connection..

and if we want to share or do video chat....disturbances untai konni...in present case..

kaani net neutrality unte...there will be no disturbance ....

anduke US average internet speed is now out of top 10 in the world...

anduke federal government is encouraging ISPs for net neutrality ...

and allow speeds upto 1Gig.....
