Irrigation ministruy ivadam valle harish rao intha powerful ayindu....motham rural people tho connection...mission kakateeya peru mida toured many villages, cheruvulu peru chepukuni local leadership tho manchi connections...he knows exactly whats happening...unlike KTR who is restricted to urban areas and depends on others for ground reality
