In an incident, a Tamilnadu man who was travelling in APSRTC bus lost the bag and contacted a known person to help him out. Apparently, his bag had all his important certificates and hence, needed to get it immediately.

When the person offered to help him, he contacted the Kayambedu and Ponneri branch manager of TNRTC to get help in getting the Madhavaram Bus Depot contact number where the bus was supposed to reach. However, no one responded and later, even the Tamil Nadu State transport corporation website was looked up but there was no help. However, in a dire situation, he contacted APSRTC Helpine number expecting some help. 

Fortunately, the APSRTC call centre provided him with the Bus Driver number along with the Bus' live location as they could track it because it had a GPS tracker on it. Taking to Facebook to express his gratitude, that person said:  "In a minute time i was able to get the driver Contact No and moreover they told me the exact location of the bus. Kudos to  Nara Chandrababu Naidu garu for your efficient service as a CM. I really congratulate APSRTC for your commendable service to the general public...Government here in TN should learn a lot from U."
