Guys, Many years ago i bought plot in LB nagar, My plot is 150 yards and surrounded by public parks.. 

basement vesi rent ki isdam ankuntunna.. elanti businesses ki suitable untadi .. Need suggestions on rentals and any agencies.

Don't go agencies. Dongana kodukulu mottam. Put a tolet board with phone number. Ask them details and if you like the business accept the proposal. Online lo rental applications untai. Do it.

Rakarakala business lu vachai. Mostly internal colony antee wholesale business (Temple stuff, towels/khadi, milk business, etc)

Porapatuna chicken shop ki ichevu. Gabbu leputharu.
