Conservative Idea. put 70% Mutual funds   and 30% in Intereste paying savings account banks( 2.5%)

aggressive:  put downpayment to Villa in  Hyderabad which is about to start construction. 2 or 3 years you can decide to pay it off or sell it for profit.
