Dude, previously that’s required when you go for stamping not for filing extension.

It was never like that before. It was only matter at the time of stamping. Nee passport 1and half year lo expire aithundanuko you cannot extend your passport. It has to be with in one year. In this case nee h1b next 3 months lo expire aithunte you have to apply for extension and you only get it for 1 and half year

stamping appudu kooda passport more than 6 months unte issue radhu.. only POE lo pp expiry varaku istadu.

 

Nadi recent ga extension & stamping ayyayi.. both Extn & visa 3 years varaku validity ichadu.

Some cases lo idi jaruguddi,  it happened in past to few, don't know reason but it happens to some. In general it don't matter and you'll get for 3 years

This used to work in the past but now CBP also rejecting these type of requests some times

same place lo first time dobbey annaru.. malli konni rojula taruvata try cheste update chesadu.

 

ne vellina chota naku questions emi adagakunda i94 update chesadu. same place my friend went for his 4 year old kid.. cheyyaledu.
