My Uncle leaving usa permanently

My uncle(65) living in USA for almost 7 years now on green card and is planning to move back to india permanently. He worked here in a gas station for few months and paid taxes. We are just curious whether he can get back any kind of SSN money or medicaid money? where to find this information

He has to gain 40 points to be eligible for SOc security money..Each you will get 4 points..SO min 10 years work cheyali to be eligible..

You have to be GC holder or Citizen to claim Social security money..
