i think if your date becomes current under eb2.. you can go back to previous employer and file 485

yes you can file eb3 with new employer and in future you can file in eb2 as well but with different employer 

current eb2 can still be active unless your employer withdraws, if not withdrawn you can file 485 if date becomes current
