Federal court has decided to start case hearing again today. Till today, the case was in ‘abeyance’ meaning that court was waiting for DHS to remove H4 EAD.

Yes maa office lo kooda oka iddaru aunty lu cheraru.. 3 months lo full time aipoyaru because they don't need sponsorship.. Ippudu team lo full swing to work start ayindi.. Asal pani cheyatledu, cheyalekapotunnaru because this is their first job.. Nenu and inkoka iddaru developers we are sharing their tasks and doing them most of the time.. Last month load testing task iste unit tests raskuni vachindi oka aunty.. Kharma.. Ippudu aunty ki job vachetapatiki uncle Alpharetta lo 600k illu koni next week doing house warming...

well my friend this applies to H1b females too.. and matter of fact imagine if they lose jobs bcos of sponsorship...

Think from company standpoint:

Sponsor for H-1B and then attorney fees and RFE fees costs around $2000 per year or more (Averaging for 3 years ). This cost can be saved with H4-EAD.
