India has close to 300 K visas ( including spouse) with PDs in 2010.

If ur already at 485 y do you need to downgrade? Yesterdays bulletin was that Eb3 date of filing surpassed eb2 but wen u have a pending 485 with a ead+ap combo why would they need to downgrade

300k pending lo emi levu..DOnt see pending inventory ..Labor dept filings choosthee aa year lo you would get better picture..Spill over entha vachinaa takkuvee manaki..
