Downgrading EB2 to EB3/ Post your pd here

I am talking Eb2 and Eb3 .. You have to count both because downgrading will choke Eb3 as well right?

I would worry about it when my PD is current for EB3. I may try and go to EB3 and get the greencard if at all possible.

If your talking before Dec 2010 i bet you there wont be 300k applications..Check in DOL site too..

Yes easy to downgrade if ti is with same employer..Lot of chineese did in last 2 years..No premium option..

2010 APril Eb2 will take more time to get GC even if they filed 485. SOme people are considering  this option..Bga benfit aythe 2010 and 2011 vallakiafter that its no point..
