LOL you cannot downgrade . 

USCIS clearly says that as a misuse and your application will be REJECTED . Don’t do such stupid stuff. If you think you are not eligible for EB2 you should have filed in EB3 ... if your I-140 is approved in EB2 then USCIS has found your application eligible for that category now you cannot say to USCIS otherwise . Don’t mess up your chances .. don’t even think that way

At least 3 to 5 years to complete until April 2010.. 

And 3 to 5 years more to complete from May 2010 to Dec 2010

if your PD is May 2010 and after, forget about your GC for at least next 5 years .. best case scenario 

Meanwhile government can completely revoke certain visa categories

my friend did the same he has amended I-140 PETITION and applied 485 along with that.. got his EAD...(EB2->EB3)
