Rendo H1 veyamante, vaddu malli adi kuda NOID vastadi or in case approve ainaa next extension appudu NOID vastadi antundi.

 

Ramineni or Murthy law ki call chesina, maa attorney ki suggest chesina vinadu ani naa feeling. Please suggest or recommend steps to increase approval chances incase mee friend circle lo ee case unte. attorney ki suggest chesta.

Konchem complicated vundhi gaa.. First H1 regular ee naa? 

May be outside your company try cheyyalemo backup H1 filing ki

maa masters classmate no profit H1 nundi mamulu H1 ki move ayinappudu same query padindi vayya.. vadu emchesindo teledu appudu. but they applied new h1 in regular quota again and moved to software job.

I think moving from regular to non profit might be a problem not the otherway around , if i understood proper.
