Same story in Amaravati. No joke. I brought my own relative land for 13,500/sq yard and today's asking price 20,500 in matter of 6 months but not too many people ready to sell.

This is so true. Ma nanna vallu(they have construction company). They are spending more time on finding plots than constructing and selling the house together. Everybody is making ventures because nobody is selling plots in hyd.

thats how the rates will increase uncle..its all supply and demand..people here complain the rates are very high in vjw compared hyd...thats bcoz mostly no one wants to sell land there...if they are selling they expect premium price
