Need help on travel

Hi Bros,

my wife is in h4 ead and working, Her employer is filing h1b next year.

Can we travel to India in the month of June and July, if her petition is picked up and under processing.

Her i94 is valid till Feb 2020, and h1b starts from oct 1 2019 if approved.

Any information is very helpful.
