That area is also going big in demand.. TCS has started an IT office there in adibatla... there is demand for that place.. but i cant comment about price.

Tukkuguda  demand perigindi bro......... okapaudu turak area ani sagar antha develop kaledu.. ah srishailam road .. but things got changed now.   bcoz.. near airport and ORR so ala oka 2 yrs nundi demand perigindi............. uppal side naku antha idea ledu bro.. 4k means.. uppal junction nundi entha dooram nev chepedi?

14k verrryyy reasonable man thukkuguda lo. These days many people are moving around that area building villas. Mee friend chepindhi true, annitiki accessible

I did my b.tech 11 years back.. tukkuguda started developing from 2007... fab city akkada vastadee anukunnaru.. and rates started going up from that time..

Now in hyd outskirts all place is gud for investment... and prices are also up ...

tukkuguda is becoming one of the posh areas over there.... ramki vadu higlight kattadu ... friend kondam ani chustunde... 220 sqyrds duplex illu 1 cr 25 lakhs asking...
