Mandadam lo 20k is old rate. Today's asking/selling price is close to 27k for residential and  32k for commercial. Baga perigindhi. We have lands in those revenues. You can search near Anthavaram, Nekkallu (border villages) land rates are relatively low. You can resell for better price for sure.

Your personal choice. Yerrabalem is pro YSR CP and it is volatile (risk undi), you may be benefited or you may not if things over turn. Nekkallu safest bet, you will still in CRDA and able to resell. Kaza i am not familiar if you have construction permits or easy to pull permits.

KAZA kuda crda ne kada. Kaza is strategic location ani all feeling. It’s centre to guntur -vij-amaravati. And high rising buildings and big communities coming in kaza only

Last month 20k and ippudu 27k ila penchukuntu pothe asalu development Ela ayiddi dude? future lo Akkada work chese vallu rent ki vundalanna kastam kada e inflated rates ki? cost of living ekkada takkuva vuntado atu vastay companies like anantapur tirupathi . Inka itla ithe amaravati will only restrict to govt administration city like Ottawa (only govt administration vuntadi e city lo mainly. But Toronto is main business hub city in Canada )
