temperature control is very important cooking lo ... 

no need to boil first..

Oil baaga kaagina tharvatha marinated chicken veyyi .. first 2-3 mins high heat lo cook avvali .. then koncham low heat lo avvali .. dont fry it for too long .. 

chicken kuda anni piece lu oke size lo undela cut chesko .. okati pedhaga okati chinnaga unte uneven ga cook avuthayi

dont pre-boil chicken..

marinate it, deep fry it on medium flame,,,and then saute it with sauces...
