Here are the situations that have been happening for quite some time now.

1. RBi governor tho lilli, urjit gaadini peekesi, Shakthikantha Das ni pettadam who is pro-BJP, so that BJP govt can utilise reserve funds with RBI

2. Supreme Court has ruled against mandatory AADHAR link to bank account and other services. The govt is now moving a legistration and expected to be law by the end of winter session.

Jan-dhan mobile accounts are linked to aadhar and its crucial for the govt to have their aadhar link in place and hence the hurry for the aadhar legisltation now.

3. The BJP has been on the losing steam but still there has been no voice from BJP or Modi or any kind of self defence, seems internal discussions are going at a bigger level than just being political.

4. If Modi can deliver token amount to these accounts before the elections, it will bring more positivity to the voters that modi promised money and he is now giving away a chunk of it and will enable them to project that demonetisation is huge success and results are visible and will go to elections on the promise of paying back the remianing 15 lakhs..

seems to be a game plan...proper ga implement chesthe opposition biscuit ayitadi...

This guy, I can say has seen politics from both the sides. This guy is well connected across the parties. Credibility anedi pakana pedithe, what he said is quite generic..

Center RBI deni meedha fight oo cheppa already. andaru edho 'reserve' meedha ani raasthunnaru. No. The fight is mostly to relax lending norms, and to decrease interest rates.
