My plan in Africa.

2. Terraform sahara into the world's thickest rainforest and distort the world climate. hopefully cause refugees to rush to Africa.

3. Rule Western Sahara as its benevolent king, who'll give up the throne after native talent becomes proficient at building fuel cell jets, with which to dominate the shipping market of the world.

they were colonized brother, just like India was.. Brazil, Venezuela etc brutal colonization where locals were in poverty, while whites (and half whites) prospered.
