Thousands of small restaurants came up in past 5 years (starting from 2011 - the end of 2007 recession )...constructions.. etc.. All the above (most of them) will start showing weakness and eventually go BK in coming years.. this is the cycle in america. going forward unemployment will raise slowly... Quote

This is one of the longest bull markets if not the longest.. they are simply delaying the inevitable. Markets always dont indicate the economy. house hold income is not par with expenses home prices which is one of the true indicator that economy is not strong. only the speculation. this is not first time, feds doing this some 1920s..
