i am working in EC model at client location. Should I give client location address or Employer address.

2. Is your mailing address same as home address. Should I give yes or no?

if I select “no”, I should give my India home address

3.U.S. Point of contact of information. If Orginaztion name is employer, what should I give for Relationship to you?

4.  Spouse’s Address is same as Home address ??
