Why this rule ? Andaru apply chestharu kada regularization ki. 

permissions lite. first illegal gaa kattesi next regularize antaaru maximum andaru.

absolutetly true , my friend is bc b , his father is employee in a company which is closed , they were in financial troubles , his father found another small job and was make 1000 rupees more than what is needed for fee reimbursement. but one of my class mate girl is some other BC , she has 3 cars , her dad owns a clothing shop , they are considered rich , she got the money , she spent that money for a party in one day 

when we questioned her as to why she accepted as one more brilliant student family is suffering to pay fees , she said u are not giving me money go and ask govt.

she never told some of the friends who attended her party felt for her behavior 

luckily my friend is very well setlled now

 I knew few of my friends did the same thing. BC - scholarship ani sem/year ki 3500 vocchedhi apptlo. Vallaki avasaram kuda Ledhu. Fee reimbursement. Aa money vocchinaroju velli party cheskunevallam. At least aa money evarayina use ayye candidates ki isthe baguntadhi kadha anipisthadhi. Nadhi small town . 500rs school fee kattaleka chadhuvu manesina classmates ni chusa appatlo.. OC luga puttadam papam anipinchindhi ..
