ivi anni valid reasons and there was no corruption at all in cost increase ani anukundam.

Still so you expect central government to to give money immediately with out taking its time to study ? 

Amaravati designs ki CBN can take 4 years. But center cant take the time to approve polavaram designs ? or to study the changes in costs and estimates ?
