I got a offer for 220 Sq yard Villa from land owner in Nallagandla/Tellapur area for the price 1.8 cr + Amenities +taxes extra. Do you think this is a good deal to close?
Delivery of the possession is End of the year 2020. 

Location is close to Lingampally Railway station.
